The Delta Plastics Process
We specialise in Polyethylene recycling to NSW ensuring quality and robust systems
Step 1

Collection
All plastic bottle is collected and taken to our recycling facility for sorting.
Step 2

Separating
Plastic bottles and cans are separated through the perforations, and the steel and aluminium cans are removed using magnets and electromagnetic technology.
Step 3

Shredding and melting
Bottles are shredded by a machine and washed again to remove any impurities.
Step 4

Pelletising
The melted plastics is peformed into flakes or pellets as it cools. These can be melted down again and used to make new products.

Bulka bags are FIBC (Flexible Intermediate Bulk Container). They are made from polypropylene, which is derived from petroleum. Utilising bulk bags, is a great way of saving costs on non renewable alternatives.
