With our years of experience we have learned from our plastics manufacturers the key areas that cause complications during manufacturing. There are numerous issues that are faced during manufacturing, the three that are key

Continuous supply

Our plant is being built to cater for the above issues plus with our metal detecting technology and manual sorting we will solve the nozzle clogging. The mixing of resins when producing a recycled product is a continuous issue as flushing of systems is not done properly when switching resins. Each resin is carefully washed out through the entire line prior to changing. As for a continuous supply our first line will be able to produce 10,000 tons a year.
